haha! Oh no! I guess my post was unclear (apologies). They now make KD with pasta made from cauliflower. If you look it has the exact same nutritional information as regular KD.

Cauliflower is, of course, healthy (and delicious. I love mashed cauliflower). Thinking that KD made from cauliflower has somehow magically transformed your processed, refined KD from garbage to health food is ridiculous. People need to READ labels!

This is what I'm talking about! It isn't better for you. It has the same calories, fat, sodium as the regular brand but you throw 'made from veggies!' on the label and people suddenly assume they are eating health food and going to drop tons of weight.

Too many variables to have definitives on this.

2000 calories from fries is different than cooked lean chicken breast.
Carbs have no fat, but cut them out from your diet and you will lose weight like crazy.

People that work in loading docks burn a lot more than office workers.
People that go home, play with their kids, clean the house and take the dog for a walk burn a lot more than couch potatoes.

An office worker that does nothing physical all day and sits on the couch at home will have a hard time dropping weight no matter what he or she eats.

Eat smarter and walk 30 minutes a day. Goes a long way.

Hey, I'm all for people adopting a healthier lifestyle, but I think this goes too far. Having your employer tell you to slim down because you are costing them money is absurd.

"Alright Bob, you did an excellent job this past year, your numbers look very good, keep it up! However..... you're getting kinda fat. Shape up or we will have to cut your salary, that fine we'll take for you being overweight is a doozy."
