If you want to know how to get objectives, also has a list of winter achievements (possible future objectives).

Crafted my first set of coal.

Now I have

Frozen Synapse
TF2 Boston Basher
Sol Survivor
60% OFF Hearts of Iron III (Valid January 2nd, 2012 through March 1st, 2012)
50% OFF Valve (Valid January 2nd, 2012 through March 1st, 2012)
50% OFF Jamestown (Valid January 2nd, 2012 through March 1st, 2012)

If anyone needs to get trade objective, shoot me an invite. I don't care what I get in return for any of these coupons- even a coal is cool with me.

So, is Skyrim worth the money?

I'm not typically a fantasy type game player, but getting a metascore of 95 is pretty impressive.

And Hack&Lube normally doesn't like games until they're 20 years old!

I just won "Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee", which I'd be more than willing to trade.

Sonic Generations 66% off today. If you have a good computer (recommended stats or higher) then its easily worth the $10. One of my favorite games of 2011.

Downloaded the X series the other night. Tried X and X2. Anyone got any pointers? I got about 30 minutes into both and was lulled to sleep by the dull game play and ridiculous learning curve (Here's the game. We won't be telling you any controls or how to play. Goodluck).

I've only played X3TC, but its a really fun game...they are making a new one that I will be purchasing when its out for sure.

Essentially its just a big space sandbox as I'm sure you've found out...I always found it much easier to go trader early instead of fighter...work up, build an empire.

Great game, but I found it really failed in the micromanagement of an empire/fleet. Also, like bethesda games, they have a huge modding community to check out, they make some scripts that really enhance your experience.

Wanted to try the first two before moving to X3, but the more I read the more your assessment is spot on for which to play.

Company of Heroes is Dawn of War without the fun of crying "FOR THE EMPORER". Which is still a lot of fun.

Probably one of the best 1.99 I've spent. Well pointed out, cause I'd have never bought it otherwise.

X games are deep space trading/empire building simulations with exploration/combat and some storyline but it will never hold your hand. It's made by a small German developer and the only real space FPS franchise still left out there. It's also quite beautiful if you are playing X3 which looks miles better than X and X2 but X and X2 have great music.

X3 Terran Conflict is the most user friendly probably.

I'm cool with no hand-holding. But they don't event tell you the bloody controls! That's what got me. I would be hitting buttons to figure #### out and get no where fast. It didn't help that X had no sub-titles, so I missed a large chunk of the first major conversation.

I think this is a situation where I have to play the newest game and if I like it, work my way back. I'll never get into X or X2 at the way I am going.

As for the Sega Pack. There's some solid master-system and genesis games in it, but not much else. You're a nostalgic guy so the old games are probably making you smile
