Reminds me of an episode of Nip/Tuck, where a huge lady was sitting on he couch for so long, her skin grew around the fabric and the two were kind of melded together. They had to drive her and the couch on a flatbed truck. I don't remember how they got her on the truck though . . . maybe a crane.
