It's probably the same cop because that cop most likely patrols that district and was on duty. I'm betting they heard the call on the radio and responded because he's had run-ins with this guy before. Cops don't just hunt victims (all the time), and while I'm not saying anyone here is saying he was doing that, it's definitely what the correlation would imply.

i just think at the end of the day if you don't want to be shot by the cops then don't come at them with a knife, or comply with thier instructions when guns are drawn.
And they always say the same thing. "Little Johnnie was a good kid, and he loved life. He was just starting to turn his life around". Yah, I'm sure he was.

Lol so you show me two views of the area, and say its not dumpy. Good job. Why not show the entire area?

Why don't you take a google maps tour yourself and link the "dumpy" parts?

There are a few less desireable looking areas in Dover, Forest Lawn but it really has a bad rap. I felt when I moved to woodlands in the SW that it was more "dumpy" and a bad crowd.

Even the worst communities in Calgary, generally are mostly very nice, with a few dumpy streets. Really, you can find quite a few examples of the same thing in all quadrants of the city.

Ya unless he was buttering toast, turned around and was shot to death, this is 100% on him. It is not a cops responsibility to decide to use a taser or a gun when he is suddenly threatened by you. It is reactionary, he needs to protect himself, as I am sure a split second to choose what to do could cost him his life.

People need to start learning the real consequences to their actions.

Sorry, Old dutch but your post made me laugh and then I felt guilty.

As much as hearing parents extolling the virtues of their kids who were either were victims of a crime due to bad affiliations or committed a crime, its usually the parents who are the last to know. There's also the first instinct of them remembering their kids not as thuggish criminals but as a baby, or the kid who made fart jokes at dinner, or who cried when they broke their favorite toy, so there is a certain amount of understandible denial there.

Sometimes I forget that and because of that I take a position of little sympathy towards the parents.

That's true. I guess I'm guilty of losing sight of this sometimes as well. Case in point. My parents are friends of the parents of that one gang member who was killed a few years back when some dude bashed his head in with a toilet cover. They kept telling my parents of what a good kid he was and couldn't understand why anyone would do that to their kid. But if you talk to that guy's former friends or people who have had dealings with the guy, none of them were surprised his lifestyle eventually lead to his death.

Hey Flames Gimp. I've tried to look for the break in videos you've posted in the past with no luck.

Are they still up somewhere? Can you send a link please?

Don't lie. Your neighbors probably still have that Nativity Scene on their front lawn.
