Amnesic gets a bad rap. I do understand why though, when I first heard it I didn't particularly enjoy it and dismissed it. Than sometime later I re-discovered it and now 'Knives Out' and 'Life in a Glass House' are two of my favorite Radiohead tracks.
Let Down is good, but for me, it's no Fake Plastic Trees.
I still rate Pyramid Song as an amazing song, maybe one of their best.

Hail to the Thief is my favorite to date, though my favorite song is All I need. Saw them play it in Vancouver a few years ago... something I'll never forget.
Has anyone ever read this bit on the connection between OK Computer and In Rainbows? Here's the LINK if your interested (#8 on the list). I personally have never tried it but would really like to see if there is anything actually there.
In no particular order these are my favorites:
A Wolf at the Door (Hail to the Thief)
Bangers + Mash (In Rainbows)
Bodsnatchers (In Rainbows)
Electioneering (OK Computer)
Fake Plastic Trees (The Bends) How to Disappear Completely (Kid A) Idioteque (Kid A)
Jigsaw Falling into Place (In Rainbows)
Karma Police (OK Computer)
Knives Out (Amnesiac) Let Down (OK Computer)
Myxomatosis (Hail to the Thief)
No Surprises (OK Computer) Optimistic (Kid A)
Street Spirit (Fade Out) (The Bends)
The National Anthem (Kid A) Where I End, and You Begin (Hail to the Thief)
So overall I'd say my favorite albums are OK Computer, or Kid A; followed closely by In Rainbows.
However, the thing that defines Radiohead in my mind is the fact that a song you once hated, or never listened to will eventually become ones you grow most fond of (which is the case of many of these).
At one point all I listened to were Karma Police, Just, Paranoid Android, High & Dry, Street Spirit and a couple other songs. Now, a few of them wouldn't even make my top 20.
Just an overall amazing band.
