Don't think so. I don't recall seeing his name on any PTO's either.

Not trying to be a homer when it comes to Juolevi, but I really forget he's even in this game. I thought he'd be more noticeable out there by now.

Yeah, the Forrest Gump reference makes sense.
I originally thought it was a baseball reference (1960's player named Bubba Phillips)- sorta like how Reto Berra was called "Yogi," but Bubba-Gump Shrimp is an iconic cultural touchstone.

Phillips has managed to pile up points in the rookie games and preseason so far.

Honestly just looked like he didn't even know how to get out of the bench to go to the room at the end of the period.

I guess someone's going to be crashing on Dougie's couch.

Good jump and hustle for a big guy. Could be more physical given that frame.

That sucker by Domi was ridiculous. It's pre-season and obviously Ekblad was not interested at all. What a jerk.

Wonder if he's decided to hang em up? Basically spent last year as a permanent scratch on two teams.
Assume he'd sign in Europe if Dougie couldn't line him up a contract and doesn't appear to have done that.

Apparently according to Weisbrod, Jim Benning has a saying that "goalies develop in dog years".
... What on Earth does that mean? What could it mean? That's just a baffling expression.

Every time I see or hear Olli Juolevi's name, as a Flames fan, I get the grinch grin.

I'm guessing it's supposed to mean that goalies take much longer to develop than skaters.

Wouldn't that mean the opposite though, since dogs get older in dog years more quickly than humans?
