As long as none of these women are HIV positive he will be fine, they have no case against him as long as he sticks to his story. Wouldn't it be ironic though if the woman who infected him was one of the ones in the lawsuit? That could get ugly for him.

Even if they're HIV free they can still sue for all those things

I am not defending what Sheen has done as far as lifestyle goes, he made his own bed and now he will pay. Hopefully he can make something positive out of it in the long run but I doubt it.

Was she into the drug scene? On the Stern interview she said she was never into drugs. She said her time in porn was very chill compared to her time with Sheen, because she would just fly in from Indiana to film and then fly back.

Sure you can but it is on them to prove he did not disclose, good luck. They will say he didn't, he will say he did. If that is the only proof either side has no judge is going to make judgement against him as there will be no grounds. They can try but unless they have evidence we don't know about they will fail.

And depending on when they were with him, they might still need to get tested a few more times to be sure. Sometimes HIV doesn't show up in a test for 6 months to a year after getting infected. It's a very distressing situation to be in.

It actually depends on whether they treat the disclosure as a defence or not.

If it's a defence, then the onus shifts to Charlie Sheen to prove disclosure.
