I watched this for the first time yesterday. Joan Cusack... Wow, I mean wow can she act. I was a little shocked to see a performance like that in such a weird show.

The UK version lasted 11 seasons. Hopefully the US one can do the same.

Lasting 11 seasons is one thing, but staying good for a large number of seasons is another. See: Dexter. I'd be content with them wrapping it up once they're out of good material.

Almost makes you forget how good of an actress Emmy is, too. This show is too good.

Came here to post this. Noel Fisher is doing a fantastic job.

I just got caught up on this episode last night.
Chucky is frickin hilarious. That whole court scene and him getting a swastika tattoo on his forehead had me howling. Sammi explaining to him how to survive in prison has me laughing now just thinking about it.

I'm right pissed at the writers after that finale. You've got the single most underrated actor on television in Noel Fisher and just throw him that garbage to end 2 seasons of development. Faaaaaawk.

Anybody still watching this? Be interesting to see what stuff will happen to Lip as a house-boy.

I didn't understand why they felt the need to subtitle Carl's conversations with those kids. It was really weird and very un-Shameless.

I have the whole new season taped, 6 or 7 episodes now I guess.
I haven't gotten around to watching it yet, as I've plowed through the first 3 seasons of Vikings in the last 2 weeks.

I feel like it's going to get dark soon. The whole Helene asking Lip to kill her husband but make it look like an accident thing is just sitting there waiting for this. Or, he finds solace in all apparent benefits of being house boy for a bunch of frat girls and all gets better for him. Agree though, good story line.

Almost feel guilty for liking this season as much as I have, despite no Mickey. Such was his brilliance over the last two seasons...

"Ahhh she's dead, damn, too bad. We were going to have some fun"
Meanwhile Deb is flipping her gourd but it just wasn't a thing for him in that moment. Great acting with a slight comedic flare.

Solid wrap to season 7 this past Sunday, probably the best season since 4.
