was at the scrimmage today, and the drills on day 1... what i will say after today is that Kanzig was great. The most notable player today. he jumped into the rush numerous times and was behind the opposing goalies net 2/4 times he made it in with the forward groups rushing in.
P. Sieloff vs Ferland was a great match up today. both shined in their respective ways. Ferlands shot is wicked.

Also the amount of people that showed up goes to speak to the great prospects this team now has.

Good job Jay-John-Craig and the rest of the scouting staff.

really excited... I mean I love to hear about Monohan and Jankowski and so forth, but we got a major weakness at D and would love to see what and when Sieloff and Wotherspoon can come play. We could use a sargent back there.
My guess is he is the 6/7 guy the year after this upcoming one...and a mainstay after that....as long as he stays healthy.

7%? Where does one find this info? That's really really low. Dude must be absolutely ripped at those numbers.

I think Kerr mentioned it during the scrimmage broadcast.

I think Kristen said it during the first period of the scrimmage. How she knows that I am really scared to ask... :'(

7% body fat at 240 pounds? Seems highly unlikely and Kerr maybe exaggerating?

actually Kerr and Kirsten talked about it, said he was at 7% body fat, best fit out of everyone who showed up for camp. For a guy with that frame and weight at that age, impressive

After fitness training on day one it was reported that he is 6'6" in his bare feet. I think it is possible for Kanzig to be underestimating his size. The WHL has him listed at 6'5"—measurements that were taken in the fall, and it is highly likely that he has grown a little in the past 10 months.

When you look at his photo on the Future Watch site (which was taken at the start of this camp), he certainly isn't carrying any extra weight in his face.

It's hard to believe he's the second youngest player at the camp, and he's only 4 days older than Klimchuk.

Kanzig is turning out to be one of my favorites already! I just hope he doesn't kill any other prospects, this kid is a monster

His size combined with this look is going to intimidate more than a few people

I'm 6'2" and happened to walk past him yesterday. I heard he's 6'3" but I would say he was a bit shorter than me. I could be wrong though.
