Hmm. Interesting, if possible. I am talking about the ones that aren’t wide open, like the ones you have to have opposing thumbnails touching in order to pry.

The tip of the shell is quite slim. If you can't get it inserted, it ain't worth it.

I use a butter knife for those types of pistachios. It feels a little bit like I'm shucking pistachios when I do it.

I'm just envisioning a gigantic sweatshop comprised entirely of children just shelling pistachios for Costco.....

Their wee little fingers....nail-less and bloody...pleading...

"Please sir....can we stop??"

They installed speed bumps in the 69th street c train parkade… and they are way too big. All people wanted was more free parking there and instead they put in terrible speed bumps.

Are people confusing concrete parking blocks for speed bumps? The way people drive, I am not sure.

I was probably about 8 years old and I found a maggot in a pistachio, haven't eaten pistachios in the shell ever since.

SUV or Lamborghini, you hit those things any faster than 5 KM/H and it’s a pumpkin spice latté massacre in that interior.
