WTF? Is this the CFL now? Faulk was just running up field at the snap of the ball!

Id say both teams have some work to do...weird thing when one is up 34-0.
Cassell against a decent defense is going to be lit up. The personal fouls are completely unacceptable too. This Harrison injury looks bad....and that REALLY hurts the NE defense.
Denver has a boat load of problems....this game has been coming for a while as the MNF crew pointed out. Good time for the bye week because its gonna be 2 weeks of hard work if I know Shanahan. IMO their record is a very fortunate 4-3 after this one, and could just as easily be 2-5. Thing is...they turn it around just a bit and they should be right there for the division at the end if the year.
The NFC North and the AFC West are two extremely odd divisions...but this whole year is strange.

Tirico seems oblivious to the fact that Daniel Graham's dad was a Bronco and that he grew up in Denver.
Strange.

Wow that last drive was just embarrassing for the Broncos defense. They just flat out quit.
Thats 195 pts against the Broncos this season....only SF with with 196 against are worse at the moment. And they fired their coach today.
Im with you Dis...Shanahan has to cut a guy or two tomorrow and put the rest in fear for their jobs. Bowlen must be so disappointed. Too much talent and money spent for this kind of performance.

It'll be interesting.
I mean, it's tough to say this with the way things have been going, but they have the ingredients to be a prolific offense. Elite. All the pieces are there.
They have to gut the defence or it will all be wasted.

DEN's first three games were a bit of a tease. IIRc, they were 3-0, could have been 0-3, and should have been 1-2. I think they are a middle-of-the road team, that will win some games they don't deserve, and lose some games they don't deserve to lose.
I think the Pats are just an average team without Brady, but they have such an easy schedule, they should make the playoffs. I'm not happy about all the taunting - do they have a special grudge against Denver?

I was laughing at how upset Boomer was about the Nolan firing.
Nolan wasn't the problem with the Niners, the issue is higher than that. Not that I thought Nolan was doing a great job, but the team needs some consistency in the , and 3 O/C in 3 years won't do it. The defense isn't as bad as their stats would imply because O'Sullivan has been a machine at handing the opposition the football inside his own 40. How many timed can a defense stop a team with a short field in the 4th quarter?
Right now this change is lipstick on a pig. The issues are systemic. But I do hope Mike Singletary, a classy guy, can get things rolling the right direction.

Kansas City Chiefs running back Larry Johnson is being investigated for allegedly spitting a drink in a woman's face at a nightclub, the fourth time in five years he's been accused of assaulting a woman.
Kansas City police are looking into a report of nonaggravated assault against Johnson for telling a woman that he was going to kill her boyfriend then spitting in her face at Club Blonde on Oct. 10.

I think this will get the attention of Gooddell
Hey LJ, you stay classy.

LJ on a team that had an offensive line could probably still be a bit effective as a football player, but on the Chiefs he's probably more harm than good.
My goodness have the Chiefs ever become terrible. No QB's left, a RB who's a total ######, They annoy the best TE in the history of the game. If Carl Peterson is still around after this season it's time to make the full time jump to the Steelers bandwagon for me!

Time to jump ship (I'm not jumping ship for those that might think that). The rumor is that Lamar told Clark on his deathbed to honor Peterson's Contract to oversee the renovation at Arrowhead. Sounds like Clark doesn't have the balls to go against his dads wishes even after he is gone. Look for a 3/4's empty Arrowhead for the next couple of years. I think it will be a decade before this team even sniffs the playoffs again.

Their defense is the softest in the league. The Chiefs steamrolled them and that is absolutely pathetic. I mean the Chiefs can hardly get a first down against any other team they have played this season. Cassel woudn't throw three TD's against most teams.

works harder than any player I've ever seen. And has the win-at-all-costs attitude that is all too rare in athletes.

A lot like Rod Smith.
Undrafted and through hard work becomes a HOFer.
