Rain? Seems like he didn't want to fully follow-through in fear of slipping and short-changed it.

The Colts are one of the most snake-bit teams when it comes to burning out great kickers. Vandergagt chokes and is run out of town, they bring in the best kicker in the game, and he has missed a number of kicks this year (including missing 2 PAT), with this being the biggest.

Add Viniateri to the list of players that can kiss my ass.
I can't believe how lucky the freaking Chargers are. They catch Manning on the worst day of his career...oh and Viniateri too.
Ugh.
Should've been a 3 way tie for 1st in the AFC West tonight.

The funniest thing is that before the kick, Dungy spent about 5 minutes arguing with the ref about the false start penalty which prevented him from running another 20 seconds off the clock. He's glad he's got those 20 seconds now!

I know! You should run a poll.
Is this a great game or a mediocre game?

I can't believe those last few calls by Indy I would have thought they would have gone for a few 10-15 yard passes then go out of bounds. Not Hail Mary's...I guess they figured they needed a TD since their kicker couldn't hit a house.

I'm going to go with "a laugh of a game". The "best" QB in the league has 6INTs and an "elite" team only wins by 2 points after having a 23-0 lead.

Yep, a must win.
They were lucky in that game too, though they didn't need it.

Wow, that loss stings! Even though Peyton had a horrendous game with all the interceptions, he still played pretty well in the 4th and set up a chance for us to win. Nothing more to say then Vinatieri blew it. 29 yard field goal to win the game. That has to be a money kick. No reason to miss that whatsoever. People can make excuses for all the injuries we have which is a lot but I won't make any. We fought back from 23-0 to cut it to 23-21 and had the game there but Vinatieri blew it. In the grand scheme of things I guess this doesn't change too much because I think Indianapolis will still have the 2nd best record in the AFC regardless (I'm predicting a 13-3 record for the Colts). Win or lose today, we still imo will have to win @ Foxboro this season. Anyways, a very tough loss when you think you are going to win it. Not much else to say other then hopefully they play better next week vs KC from the get go and not in the 2nd half only. Manning had an off night and needs to bounce back as well and I think he will.

Ahh Owens and Romo put on quite the show in a tough game against the Giants. Owens attitude this year is really amazing. Just hands the ball to the officials and has a smile on his face most of the time. Must be picking up good habits by hanging around Romo. Tony has be one of the most refreshing guys to watch in awhile -- the guy is just so out and out happy to be on the field. Heck he is even laughing when he gets sucked into making a throw by a DB.
A guy having fun while playing --with a smile instead of a scowl -- is great fun to watch for a change!!!

LOL They are playing like mad right now, it is awesome to watch the old guy take over that young team and make them winners.
I wont lie, I love Farve, but I was writing that team off this year even with their great finish last year.
