expect @cfl to come down with decision on @ticats coach Kent Austin soon. Sounds like he'll be able to this week coach but not from sideline

.
also included in Kent Austin's penalty will be a $10,000 fine #cfl @Ticats
I think a $10K fine is pretty significant though and I think Austin's history likely factored into the decision. That said, I think a one game suspension (totally barred from the game) plus the 10 grand fine would have been the preferred punishment, but I'm okay with this decision.

nice to see a moment of silence in the Winnipeg/Edmonton game. saw the interview with Mylan Hicks mom, seems like a really cool lady...

On that note, BC and Ottawa put up a combined 50 points in the first half tonight (BC 27, Ottawa 23).

Former Calgary Stampeders receiver Jeff Fuller signed with the Riders. Fuller signed as a free agent with San Francisco in the offseason but has been released.

No word if he fully recovers from injury from last season. Oh well. Stamps doesn't have any spot for him anyways the way Davaris Daniels and Kamar Jorden or Bakari Grant(when healthy) this season. Even Joe West who played very well early in the season before he got injured was having problem getting in the lineup.

Good luck Fuller, you'll be needing it.

Interesting. No question he has a great size/skill mix, going into the 2014 season I had him pegged for certain stardom and eventually stick in the NFL, if he could stay healthy. But it just hasn't really gone that way, between injuries and a reoccurring case of the dropsies. Agreed we just don't really have the room, especially the way guys like Daniels and Jordan have stepped up.

Too bad it had to be Sask, he's a guy I want to see succeed. Wonder if it'll finally all come together for him.

Good signing by the riders. Got to gear up for that playoff run using the crossover.

Argos release Triplets WRs: Hazelton, Gurley, and Elliot. Dunk is reporting that they are difficult guys to deal with in the locker room.

How many of these guys make the short trip down the 401 to Hamilton who have been rocked by injury at the WR position?

They've had quite the bye week. Fuller and Jefferson signed, LaBatte signed an extension.

Gurley was what the Bombers offense needed. Tall red zone threat. Thanks Argos.
