No problem with it, we play the Kings again on Monday, so it's not just pointless goonage. We all used to get boners when the 04 Flames and Iggy would do the same thing back in the day.

What's stupid about that? McDonald played really solidly for us. Kipper has been pretty terrible for most of his games this year. We need a win on this trip and Kipper isn't going to get it for us right now.

If the Kings were being cheap or dirty out there then I definitely like it. Maybe if it had been a tough, chippy game even.
But in a game when the other team has done nothing but be bigger and better it seems a little silly to think that will have anything other than giving Jackman and Clifford sore hands.
And I like fighting and think it has a role in the game.

I wonder how VANFLAMESFAN is going to try to put a positive spin on this. We are done. It's time to bring in assets for the future. I love Iggy and Kipper but they should realistically be in different jerseys by the trade deadline.

This team is so predictable. 2 big wins at home and now 2 stinkers on the road. It's the perfect recipe for mediocrity and it's why this team needs major changes. Anyone who thinks this team has a legitimate shot at the Stanley cup is delusional.

When I look at those rosters and think that they never picked top 5 I think that Brian Sutter doesn't get enough credit for what he did with that team when he was coach. Just think the Flames are a cap team that is likely going to pick top 5 this year. That is embarrassing considering the Young Guns never finished that low.
