Now Devin wants Franklin to kill Michael (FIB wants him to kill Trevor).

I don't really care which one I kill (I might try to save them both). However, if I do kill one, what happens to all their funds / properties?
I'd hate to lose everything.

I saved both. My plan was to go back and see what happened if I killed each one, so I haven't really looked into what happens if you do yet.

I'm assuming that even if you decide to kill one of them, for whatever reason you don't and all three characters make it to the end of the game. I think killing off a character would make incorporating the future DLC's a lot more difficult for Rockstar. Just a guess though.

Haven't done it myself either, but apparently you can't used the killed off character anymore and you lose contact with the one kept alive. Don't know about properties. I figure option C is the main one for the story, so future DLCs won't be much of a concern here if it's in the future.

They could just go the way of Infamous for DLC and just say something along the lines of "for the purpose of this content, it is assumed the player chose to take the path where X, Y, and Z happened".

I thought the decision to be able to kill one of the other characters was a little stupid. Much like some of my problems with the Infamous decision-making system, it wasn't a real decision. Kind of a "do you want to kill puppies or save the planet?" sort of thing. Why would somebody kill a character if they didn't have to?

This game had one of the sharpest drop offs for me. I loved it until the very end, did the assassinations and became a billionaire... then lost all desire to play any more. I don't even trophy hunt (which is odd for me). All in all a great experience, but once it was done it was done.

Same for me.. I moved on to AC4 right after I finished the storyline and haven't touched it since. I am also done the story in Assassins Creed, but I still wander around the map pirating anyone and anything that gets in my way.
