He's looked ok until the 3rd strike, he just doesn't have a pitch to put batters away right now, they've been able to foul balls off until they get one they like.
Luckily the mariners pitcher hasn't had a clean inning either and a 1 run lead against this jays offence is nothing to worry about with 7 innings to go

Agreed. But you have to give him enough rope to figure it out too. He’s been very mediocre with so many waaay outside pitches, but he’s also a vet. He should be able to get it.
