Cam is just not a good QB. 52 attempts for 239 yards and 3 picks that could have easily been 6.

Eagles D played really well while only rushing 4. When you can get pressure with 4 it makes everything else much easier. Thought the penalties were a little much and without them the Panthers are not in this game.

Like I said, scored flattered Carolina. Should have been 28-10. Eagles next 5 opponents are:

WAS
SF
DEN
@DAL
CHI

There's really no reason they shouldn't be 10-1 after those games, but these are the Eagles so they'll either get destroyed by injuries or straight up #### the bed and go 2-3 at best.

Redskins, Cowboys and Broncos look like tough games don't they? It would be impressive to win all of those.

Cowboys will be without Zeke, Denver and Washington are at home. It is the NFL so 5-0 is always tough, but 4-1 should be very doable.

So with all the changes made in the name of player safety over the past few years, one thing that the NFL should consider doing is banning players like Luke Kuechly for life. I don't care how badly he wants to keep playing, he's clearly a concussion case who is going to end up with CTE at best and severe brain damage at worst. Letting him play another down seems quite reckless, and the league should be willing to step in and save these guys from themselves.

How would you ever implement or enforce that? It's one thing if individual teams' medical staffs won't clear someone to play (like what happened with Chris Bosh) but a decision from the league itself seems like a logistical nightmare. A guy like Kuechly would sue to be able to play.

And Kuechly's family will sue in 10 years when he has CTE or worse. So it's basically a no win situation for the league. But in banning players like Kuechly the NFL can claim it's at least trying.

Cowboys, even with Zeke, have not looked as good as they were last year, and they needed OT and a whole bunch of good fortune to beat the Eagles at home last year when the Eagles were much worse. Obviously that doesn't equal an automatic win for the Eagles this year but I like their odds a lot better than I did last year. As SCD mentioned, Washington and Denver are home games for the Eagles, who are 8-2 at home dating back to last year, whereas the Broncos haven't looked particularly good on the road since Manning retired.

I think Washington is probably the toughest game on that slate, especially since they're coming off the bye and will have had an extra week to prepare. The good news for the Eagles is that it's a MNF game and they just played a Thursday game so they'll also have some extra prep time.

I still maintain that 10-6 likely wins the NFC East, so even 3-2 and would be an acceptable result but it would be nice not to have to stress down the stretch.

he has really regressed since the MVP season,. Doesnt bother me as i think he is such a poor sport. He is a great front runner, when things go well, he struts around like he is the greatest thing, when they go bad, he is a baby. At this point, very overrated

Well if he needed the cart for a shoulder injury, you would assume it's pretty bad.

Ah man, I hate seeing shoulder injuries. Just hurt mine again this week playing hockey. Green Bay is in tough without Rodgers.

Patriots defense is just terrible, and the schedule is not that easy, especially if teams can shred them. Division is definitely there for the Jets or Bills to steal.

Patriots trademark PI into the endzone play. Should have been OPI on Gronk there.

Bears have three passing TDs since Trubisky has taken over, only one by him though.
