As people said, she probably sent emails. She has done a great job of eroding witness credibility all the way through. So what happens if Jian is acquitted? Does he sue CBC?

I expected that the actress would have been a great witness. Instead, we hear things like "she is to sexual assault as Beckham is to Armani underwear"?
Its so disappointing. If he assaulted you, sure take care of it, but don't revel in the attention.

It's very upsetting to listen to this, really why would anyone ever believe a women unless you were beaten black and blue.
He's going to sit in that courtroom and never say a word and be acquitted, I truly believe that in his mind, he's done nothing wrong, he likes kinky sex and that was how he asked for it by punching someone in the head and gauging their reaction.

And that's the issue. In his mind not only has he done nothing wrong, it was agreed to before hand.
He has, and it wasn't but trying to prove that 12 years after the fact is impossible
