Ok I will bite.

You been on him since day 1.

Please lay out your case.

I'm intrigued, just frankly from being a victim of posting style accusations in the last game, that didn't work out well.

If its a matter of different posting style from the hockey forum for example, I've learned that its the least important way for me to judge right now.

But if its something significant like who he accuses and why, or who he defends and why then I'm interested.

And as long as its not, he's posting like a east german movie star.

I'm going to be completely honest here. (pun intended)

That post where I randomized the list of everyone here was actually legit, and Completely landed on top.

After that, I thought to myself... how great would it be if he actually turned out to be Scum? It would be pretty darn amusing. And so I began campaigning against Completely.

I firmly believe he is scum based on that random generator. As firmly as a Catholic person believes in God.

Other than that, Completely hasn't given me any real reason to be suspicious - like mostly everyone here.

In the words of Sergent's Riggs and Murtaugh that's thin.

If it wasn't for the first day of losing four of us, and the possibility of losing 3 on the second day if we're wrong about Agulati , we could kind of explore the frivolous of a random number generator.

But to me, random is random. No insult to you Lego, but I think I would need something more "Holy crap he's mafia"

Completely really isn't on my radar right now.

I keep looking at HG and Rathji and even HD.

Well maybe we shouldn't be looking for suspicious posters in the first place.

I guarantee Scum is hiding in plain sight, and won't bring unusual attention to themselves unless targeted.

I think, after taking into account bluffs, lying, and whole bit - a random generator at this early point in the game might be the least biased method of choosing someone to vote for.

Voting patterns from these types of votes are equally useful.

Yeah I had the same thoughts.

That is why I ws wondering why you were taking a run at Completely. It makes me wonder if it a ploy to keep attention off of you.

If we're going to pick someone to lynch based on random stuff outside the game, I'd like to recommend picking posters with locations set to Edmonton.

Alternatively, we could pick posters who try to fly under the radar with random/jokey posts, never taking a serious position which could come back at them later.

Can we wait for the location thing until June?

LOL, 80% of the posters here are flying under the radar... it's kind of hard with a million posts in the first day.

Both Legoman and Strombad have been following the same strategy of only considering one person and providing zero insight into other people. It is a very interesting way to hide in plain sight. You are actively pursuing someone, you aren't very good at doing it, and you aren't liable for any bad kills until someone picks your guy to kill. At which point in time you are guilty of nothing but being a poor scum hunter. You also have picked different people so there is nothing to connect them to eachother.

I've made my opinions known, and i'm not going to attack a poster here based on their posts that could be read in 10 different way depending on situation.

I think it's more useful at this point in the game for the town to randomly lynch. I don't see how that is not taking a serious position. I've read this whole thread and frankly I don't subscribe to anyone's theories and accusations yet. In my opinion, anyone who has such a hard stance at this early point in the game is someone we should be wary of.

Enough info just isn't out their yet.

I am still of the belief that inactive is the best option.

Tranplant99, has low posts (well more now), but if he is townie, then he isn't bringing anything to the party. If he is scum and hiding, then let's giddy up!

I can't agree with the Random approach.

Here's the funny thing Lego. First you put up a post talking about Completely's posting style. It opens the argument up for members.

Then you say its not posting style, its a randomizer and he hasn't really done anything else to make you suspicious. So your first post about posting style is a little disingenuous.

This is a game of paranoia.

you stated his posting style indicated that he was hiding something.

Then you posted

Other than that, Completely hasn't given me any real reason to be suspicious - like mostly everyone here.

That to me is a little unusual

Which is it, posting style that he's hiding something, or random number generator?

Random Generator. His posting style doesn't raise any flags, which actually makes me a bit suspicious.

I believe I've already stated that a while back.

It seems like you guys value a wrong opinion over no opinion at all.

I think we should seriously consider Lego Man for the day 3 lynch. Delgar reminded us to kill all the liars, and this is a pretty big inconsistency in a pretty short window of time, imo.

I have no idea what to say in this matter, i mean How am i supposed to defend myself against a random number generator? Maybe he just wants to leave me "Completely speechless"

That's interesting because you stated that his posting style made you feel that he was hiding something, now your saying that he's hiding something because his posting style doesn't raise flags.

So you tried to build a case and grab attention based on a false flag wave and then used the random number generator to say that he should be voted out because of a random number.

that seems to be an attempt to guide a vote to someone that hasn't done anything suspicious to distinguish himself.

hmm

If anything your post raises some suspicions.

If Lego is scum based on what he just says, and we vote our Agulati out a prime indicator is if I'm night killed tonight, and Lego goes on the defensive tomorrow.

I'm not changing my vote from Agulati.

But at the very least Lego bears some watching.

Of course my posts raise suspicions - I'm targeting someone completely random and trying to convince people to follow me in lynching him!

Can't someone be hiding something by looking like they are not hiding something?

Honestly, that's what 75% of the mafia members are doing as we speak lol.
