While not yet directly mentioned in the books I thought it was pretty much common knowledge the White Walkers would add Craster's offerings to their army.

I don't think it was common knowledge what they were doing with them exactly.

Don't worry, Flash. You won't have to worry about Danaerys conquering any more cities for a long, long time...

They had to add something in with Bran
Can't have them just wander in the snow for 2 seasons

So with Bran being at Crastor's - will this be the introduction of Coldhands? Will he whisk them away prior to Jon and the other crows arriving?

I assume so.
If they're going to introduce Cold Hands on the show, that would be a logical place to do it, and unless they're going to drastically alter the storyline, we can't have Bran and Jon see each other again.

The first thing I thought while watching the Bran / Craster's part of the storyline last night was "shades of Frodo and Sam going to Osgiliath for some ridiculous and nonsensical reason" in the LOTR movies.
But in this case I'm more willing to accept a departure from the source material, at least to give it time to demonstrate why it was necessary or advisable in the TV show medium. DianePhaneuf is right that even if it's just so that they have something going on with them rather than gradually heading North it's a reasonable decision. I hope it was discussed with GRRM.

Yeah, perhaps common knowledge wasn't the right way to say it, but it was definitely what I thought they would do with them. When I watched the show and saw that scene, I was thinking..."yeah, okay cool. That's what I thought." lol
Anyways, that is pretty much the only correct theory or prediction I've ever had then regarding the series.

So is Locke just Vargo Hoat's alias or did they make a brand new character in the show?

Locke is a brand new character that filled parts of the television show that Hoat did in the books

Random thought: I was a Strong Belwas fan in the books. It would seem the opportunity to have him in the show has come and gone. Oh well.

Incredibly easily I would think.
Just have... basically anyone else get poisoned.
I'm wondering when she's going to kick Jorah to the curb, since it was supposed to have happened already.

Selmy tells her when he is reveals himself (up to that point he was Artisan Whitebeard). He lets her know that the court was getting regular reports of her actions from Jorah. That was why she sent them both through the sewers into Mereen in the initial attack.
So she should be banishing him any time now.

Looooooooooooooch

I don't remember how it happened in the book either - edit ^ thank you I remember now!
In the show, I think someone in Meereen will recognize Jorah and say something in front of Dany. In turn, Dany will confront and question Jorah and then goes ape s*** when she finds out it's true.

It seems weird that Selmy would wait until now to tell her when he hasn't had any problem with Jorah yet..
Unless they plan for her to find out another way.
“ Ser Jorah was a slaver himself, Your Grace. [18] ” - Arstan Whitebeard to Daenerys Targaryen
Ahh right, perfect time for that reveal.
