I've got
Sith Jugg 50 - I loved the story line, it had everything that you'd want as a Sith. Betrayal, converting a Jedi, leading a war from the front. Hunting Jedi down. It was well written and well paced. The Antagonist was strong, the final fight was cool
Bounty Hunter - Mercenary -level 50 - Another pretty strong story as you start off as a rookie and see your boss.mentor murdered and go off on a quest to not only avenge him but to become the best bounty hunter in the galaxy. You fight the Republic and at times the Sith and uncover a conspiracy that could change the war.
Republic Trooper level 50 Vanguard - You start out as a rookie in the vaunted Havoc squadron, the best of the best. Then something goes wrong and you go on a galaxy wide quest to try to win the war for the republic. This was kind of a cool story that was a little draggy in the middle chapter. But a lot of fun as you become a walking arsenal of joyfull killing. You face off against a brilliant enemy who see's you as a threat to his version of peace.
Sith Inquisitor - Assasin new level 50 - I love the idea of this character as my inquisitor is just not conflicted at all, he's pure evil through and through. Born as a Slave, maligned at the Sith Academy the Sith Inquisitor in my case is on a pure path to power who gets betrayed at Multiple times and will do anything, to not only gain revenge but step over crushed and electrocuted bodies to get to the Dark Council Seat that he so richly deserves. The story itself is ok, not near as strong as the other three up top, but its fun being bad. the middle chapter is all about collecting power through ghosts which is weird. But I've never had a character in this game that can kill so quickly which makes you feel powerful.
Smuggler level 33 - I stopped playing this character for a while and will probably finish him off later. But the dialogue choices are hilarious, and he comes across as a loose scoundrel who beds every woman that he comes across Sith or Republic. With his two pistols and a bag full of tricks he's a different kind of fighter then the others. The opening scene is quite hilarious as he stares in amazement as his prized ship leaves without him. The story line isn't quite as good as the above four but still fun to play.
All of these stories interlink so if you play them all you get a great understanding of the War and how it ends.
Once I finish the inquisitors story I'll run these guys through the new story line and world. Then I'll keep creating toons.
I really enjoy this game, its got massive content and its fun. The recent Gree event that randomly pops up was really well done.
The legacy, reputation and other add-ons have made this a what in my mind is a really fun game from a unique era of Star Wars history.
One thing it does to an extent make you really understand is why the rule of two comes into play later on as the Sith are so busy crawling over each other to gain power and backstab each other that the Republic is rolling the Empire back.
It doesn't hurt that

I don't know how PVP has changed but at the time I was able to consistently get 9-11 medals or whatever per pvp match.
If I do install it again and get the expansion (possible I do that tonight) I'd start a new character, probably a Bounty Hunter Powertech.

Is that the PVP recruit armor?

It's a full set of Champion War Leader's armor. It's likely horrible outdated now, but at the time was the best PVP armor available.

I don't think that armor exists anymore, it looks like what is now Recruit armor for Juggs.
I hate most of the armor design so I find one that I like and then when I get higher armor I'm willing to pay the money to rip all of the armor and mods out and put them in my set.
I found a very cool hooded simple set for my inquisitor and just keep boosting it because I love the simple look for him.

there's an inquisitor robe set on the Cartel Market that looks absolutely awesome. I combined it with a simple gold mask that looks like an unhappy face and its a great look. With my slow igniting Dark Red Lightsaber I'm very much the image of a ruthless self interested Sith. Its great that they finally fixed the bugged that put the hood position down if you had a mask.
Everything just looks cooler.

I loved the Inquisitor story, Bounty Hunter was pretty good and Jugg was all right. Still playing away, and was addicted to buying cartel packs ughhhh.
I have 3 50's on Harbinger
Clarion - Assassin lvl 55
Ill'is'tana - Merc/Heal lvl 50
Eriha - Jugg/tank lvl 50
My favorite look was using Malak's chest piece, with the Last Hanmaidens leggings, and the Darth Nihilus Mask. I stupidly augged some of the new "Basic" gear so I'm wearing that instead. =(

Yeah the inquisitor story is fun because its the only one where you can really justify the whole pure evil thing.
I like the Assasin because of the whole invisible thing and sneaking up and stabbing people in the face, it doesn't have a real Area attack though which is a shame.

Depends which spec you go with, Madness has a great AoE, can't remember the name of it, I think it's the last one on the tree that was pretty good, it healed you as well. But most people think Madness is the worst of the specs. The other one is the spin with your saber that can hit up to 4 targets can't remember it's name either. =/

I went with darkness on mine, no real area of attack except for the sabre sweep.

Same here. Started a new BH Mercenary on Friday. Got him to level 22 this weekend. Liking the storyline so far. Full Dark Side, of course!
My guys are also on The Bastion server. I was on The Maw when I first started but in my time off they consolidated servers and moved all of my guys to The Bastion. Seems like they probably did that for all western Canada players.

I also joined a guild that was recruiting (i'll update the name later), not for any real reason except for the 5% XP increase. It actually is working out as it recruited about 15 new players at the same time and has had people talking and running instances together. Much easier than waiting on the LFG tool.
I've decided to take my time a bit and collect all the datacrons on each world as I go. I've also run a few wargames and instances so my social and valour ranks are gaining quite well. Not to mention the 5 oranges i've gotten so far. I didn't really hunt the datacrons on my L50 Trooper until i'd maxed my levels and was preparing for raids, so this is much easier.
I'll play the Inquisitor to about L30 then decide if I want to go full subscription again.

For me the bounty hunter was really tough to be all dark side, He just becomes a killer at that point.
the story is one of the stronger ones in the game, and one of the rare ones where you get true choices at the end.
Leveled my Inquisitor Assasin to level 52 on the weekend, I was done with Voss and could head to Corellia to finish off his story line, but decided to do the three sets of dailies on Belsavis. I'd never done Section X before, its a complete blast.
Remember that the commendations have changed, the individual planetary commendations have become global planetary commendations which is a good move.
There are also classic commendations and daily commendations.

That's where I had issue with not being a subscriber. I can only carry a max total of 50 planetary commendations.

That's good news on the upgrade. The biggest thing that drove me crazy is you would always have left over planetary commendations when you moved to the next world.
Now you can almost start boasting your armor mods and enhancements before you jump in the field.
I took a look at the classic commendation armor last night in section X and there's some nice stuff with level 61 purple mods in it. Chances are I'll buy them, rip those mods out and put them in my armor.
A sith inquisitor should wear simple robes that let him blend into the background, Not the gaudy stuff. I feel sorry for the Sith Sorcerers who's armor has either a KKK look or a dunce cap.

I won the Black Talon Robe last night and will be keeping it until I see something nicer. Looks pretty good with the starter area bottom / skirt.

If you have the cartel coins to do it (900) there's a Sith Acolyte set with the boots the pants the belt and the cloak all black with red trim. I married that with a cool mask and you would look amazing and simple.
