Yeah, I may not want to be swinging a bat at that time in that temperature. Unless someone is coming out with a snow pitch ball (Shawnski?)

That makes sense - don't change your plans on my account.

Shawnski gave me a pile of neon-yellow balls. Probably not snowpitch balls though, but I'll check.

If not, I can pick one up. Or, we can just use my wooden bat. Good luck denting that.

You can do 'wind sprints' if you want, I'll be the guy under the bleachers drinking big bears out of brown paper bags.

So we go from drinking hobo beer out of the bottle in brown paper bags to drinking German beer out of wheat beer glasses? Kind of went the other direction on that one, eh?

Whatever, that works for me!! Now I'm thirsty.

That's close, but I will be using the special World Cup glasses. Same as pictured but with a World Cup trophy top.
Now I feel like having one! I was restrained last night, familial duties and all.

We can be hobos with class. Begging on street corners for large denomination bills so we can buy our expensive imported German beer.

Good time last night guys. Good on Resolute and Cowboy to stay behind and essentially taunt this poor, lone Canucks fan sitting behind us as Anaheim steamrolled the Canucks.

For the record, I only stayed behind because the waitress was so slow getting us the bill, and then taking my credit card.

But it was fun watching the reaction of that loner as his team went down 3-0. Especially on the first goal where Luongo decided to go for coffee and leave an empty net behind.

Wasn't impressed with her, never knew who ordered what, stalked us every two minutes until we wanted to pay...then shunned us. Next time we need slo pitch playing motorbike riding waitress back!

For those of you who don't want to be there that early, you're more than welcome to call any one of us to find out where we're headed for the game after! It's at 1, so not too early, not too late... PM me for my number if you'd like!
