If Tristan Henry actually spit on Escalante, he should be banned for the season. That's so vile and despicable. And, assuming it happened, shame on Kristan Jack for trying to suggest that it's ok because Escalante dove. It's so gross. If that was me, Tristan Henry would be lying in a heap after that.

Smyrniotis very salty in the post game interview! Says his team controlled the play. Says the winning goal was offside, but they showed it pretty clearly was onside on the broadcast. lol

I would say the tying goal looked way more offside than the GWG…

Ya based on a quick look at the replay Forge’s goal was a good yard offside and the Cavs winner wasn’t even remotely close to offside.

And that was Tristan Borges, known cheater! Kidding of course, but I do hate that guy, second only to Henry. That Forge team is so unlikeable. The interview with Smyrniotis just epitomizes how unsportsmanlike they are.

I should've added before, that Cantave looks like a great addition. Even aside from the goal, he looks creative and impactful.

Apparently the panel says Borges was onside...from the one replay that looks questionable, but who cares. FTF!

It's the arrogance they have because their ownership group runs the league and OneSoccer)the announcers.
Can't believe Jack condoned spitting. Never mind as a commentator, he's also a league exec now and seems to have bought into the Kool aid that Wheeler and the panel consume before every Forge game. He is better than that.

First Cavs game I've gone to, what a game to start with. I was in the bleachers on the far north side and that forge goal looked clearly offside. Do they not review all goals in the CPL?

Brought some new people to the game today - they are now Cavs fans for life. What a game to bring them to, I haven’t seen a game that much fun at Spruce Meadows in ages.
