To me it's coaching and squad balance.
Havertz played as a Forward at Bayer Leverkusen last year, and near the end of the year he was an out and out striker at times. Mount was at his best in a more attacking role.
So you look at that lineup lineup and it's almost like the are playing 5 attackers, just no balance in the group and asking Mount & Havertz to play a role that doesn't suit them. You still need somebody to win the ball back and get the ball to the skilled guys in more advanced positions.
It's almost like they rolled out this formation yesterday.
Giroud
Werner Pulisic
Mount Havertz
Kante
Chilwell - Silva - Zouma - James
So asking a lot of Kante to do all the dirty work and distribution in the middle of the pitch. Especially since Silva isn't what he once was, and Zouma isn't exactly a distributor.

Everyone else struggling has kind of kept the fact Man City suck out of the headlines. Wonder if they regret giving Pep that contract extension.

Whatever their jerseys, love that they took points in the middle Eastlands.

I think they should sit Pulisic back some. Similar to DVB at United, he's got the skill/vision, to perform as a holder, but there will be growing pains.

personally I also struggle to see what Mount brings to the table that merits playing him week in, week out.

Listening to Chelsea TalkSport Radio. They're reporting that Bilic is going to be canned tomorrow with Big Sam the favourite to replace him.

don't really get why Weat Brom would sack Bilic, especially on the back of yesterday's result. As if one of the old boys club could do any better.

Seriously what is the point of a pint? Just drink it straight out of the bottle and save the glass.

Though I suppose if you're drinking wine out of a pint glass, odds are you're a boxed wine fan, so in that case I guess that works to use the pint. Not even a hardcore wine-o can do 4 liters in one sitting.

Theo Walcott scoring and celebrating like mad after. Just when you think the Arsenal banter can't get any better...

I'm looking forward to seeing this match this afternoon. Hopefully it's a good game for the top of the league. It's a shame that with the Covid restrictions that we can't go see it in a pub, but at the same time, the glory of working from home is it makes these mid-week games much easier for me to actually be able to watch.

Yeah, because you know I'd be down for that.
But today we need to knock Spurs off our perch.
I dont even know who is going to play....our injury list is insane.
