I know, just adding to the sarcasm.
I get that it was a fairly "minor" elbow, but considering that it looked intentional and led to a concussion you'd think at least a token $5k fine would be in order. You know, to at least put up the façade that there isn't a double standard.

Teams need to start going after McDavid and Draisaitl. If the refs and the league won’t protect their players, then players need to start policing themselves.
It won’t happen, but it should

Oilers fans and media speculating that if they continue to healthy scratch Skinner it may cause Skinner to waive his NMC and the Oilers can trade him....
Who is trading for Jeff Skinner? After a team wants him gone bad enough that they're willing to eat his cap space until the 2028-2029 season, he can't make any impact on an offense-only team when that is the only thing he can contribute, to the point he's a healthy scratch. I don't even think a team claims Skinner on waivers. Oilers would have to attach a draft pick for a team to trade him for "future considerations"
