Really they probably should have used Bassit or Lauer after Gausman, then saved Varland and Hoffman for the high leverage innings
Little should never have been trusted against their 2,3,4 hitters

That managerial error was inexcusable.

I still believe we have a better team. Now we just have to win two in a row. It’s not impossible. Just have to put it behind.

I can’t ever recall hating a coach that it soured my love for a sports team. But if anyone could do it, it’s Schneider.

The bases loaded dribbler is so incredibly unlucky.

If you would have told me after losing the first 2 games that we would be heading back to Toronto, I would have taken it in a heartbeat. Hopefully they can pull off a miracle back home.

Preach Siddel. F the matchups when there is 6 outs to go.
Best closers get out there, don’t be playing cute and playing some stupid chess game you’d do in May.

After watching the bullpen implode in games 1 and 2 I can’t believe that the bullpen also imploded in game 5

Only Hazel trying to calm the storm and waving the Roger’s flag.
Pillar and Joseph spitting fire out there.

Oh well, positives:
We were down 2-0, only 3-2 now. Technically won the series in Seattle and need to win 2 at home.
No more mistakes. Have to be mistake-free now.

I want to hear why Schneider put in Little. He had control and his pitches were all over the place. On to of that the Jays waisted another excellent pitching outing by Gausman. Going to be a long quite flight back to TO.

Schneider always has to make a dumbass pitching decision in the postseason that sewers the chances of the Jays winning.
Jays now have to win two games in a row at home. That's definitely doable, but the momentum swing he handed the Mariners with that decision, and the downer it has to be for the clubhouse is gonna be tough to overcome.
Jays have been resilient since May. So gotta keep tapping in that to survive.
