I think Nyren's goal was huge. Even though they still lost the game, it helped swing momentum a bit.

I think the Hitmen only use the 1st and 2nd bowl numbers for attendance statistics.

No, they use everything. They claim the current WHL attendance record of 19,305 for a late season game last year.
16,839 is the playoff record for a certain WHL finals game 5 11 years ago.

No it was 17,139....you are thinking of the Dumpsville arena capacity 
Not sure how they managed 19,305 when capacity is 19,289....but I'm not sure if they will sell out tonight. I just checked ticketmaster and could still score a pair of tix in 2nd bowl, row 15. Hopefully there's lots of walk-ups...I want to see a sellout tonight!

The Hitmen are reporting there is over 13000 tickets sold for the game. That was over an hour ago so it is probably a couple hundred more by now. Not sure if they are going to get a sell out.
