Thanks to Spurs for helping out! What a day of football. That Liverpool match was a blast, so was the Spurs/City match!
That was great!

The only logical conclusion is some sort of witchcraft or deal with the devil some city fan made to win the champions league because no matter the injuries, no matter the form, they cant beat spurs

'Faustian Bargain' is clearly the only explanation.

Good job Spurs, you did well today.
Fulham, you blew it!
That call back against City was hilarious though, I'd be livid too. But they deserve it and much worse for all they have done.

TAA has stepped up to another level. His goals tonight were sublime.

They will stay, no doubt.
Everton looks much better than Luton, Sheffield United, Burnley or even Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest

And we have a winner!!
Quote:
Sheffield United have sacked manager Paul Heckingbottom, following their 5-0 defeat at Burnley on Saturday.
Heckingbottom is the first Premier League managerial casualty this term, Wolverhampton Wanderers parted ways with Julen Lopetegui three days before the start of the season.

Hopefully the 'new coach' bounce will keep them above Everton and improve their relegation chances.
And...
Quote:
Former Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea is open to joining Newcastle United as cover for Nick Pope, a source has told ESPN.
Pope suffered a dislocated shoulder during the second-half of Newcastle's 1-0 win over United on Saturday.

Which would be a good move for Newcastle if they're going to be without Pope for a few months.

Although, I think we all have to admit....'Heckingbottom' is a bitchin' name for anyone.

Raya vs. Ramsdale is that grandpa getting the shirt he's already wearing meme in real life. I except Arsenal will be looking for a new keeper next summer.

Lots of 'Gabriels' scoring in that match.

Did they? If Raya doesn't #### the bed it's an easy win for Arsenal. Harsh to lose at the end, but on balance the result is right.

Hopefully Sheffield can wait a few matches for the 'new coach bounce.'
Come on Villa and Chelsea. Although I dont envy Villa...City are going to come out and they're going to come out right pissed.
If Villa dont put the lid on that match I feel like that could get ugly.

And of course...Referee? Simon Hooper.
I do not like these purple kits.

I like Joe Gomez for the most part but he has games where he's just a pure liability.
Get Tsimikas on there...how far away is Robinson?
I think Konate has been playing really well.
