You know I'm not a defensive coordinator (I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night though), but I don't think it's a great idea to consistently have your DBs playing so far off they are giving up first downs with ease like the Eagles are. Maybe press up a bit more?

Their entire offense has been 2 big PI calls and a tipped ball luckily landing right into the receivers hands.

I mean any time you can try a FG to make a two score game a two score game with a terrible defense and likely only two more possessions, you gotta do it. And they are justly punished for such cowardice.

It was 4th and 10 so not too long, but it's a time thing. And sure enough they didn't even get two more possessions. With so few possessions left the goal always has to be reduce the number of possessions you need to tie or win.

Well that turned out a lot closer than I thought, given the way it started...but I guess by law, 2021 prime time games must be within 1 score...ended up being pretty fun
