There were some bigger controversies. During the Jeffery Jones child pornography investigation, he somehow became implicated and had his home raided. They found a massive collection of vintage erotica, some of which contained images of nude teens that were produced for scientific studies. They didn't find any evidence that he was actively searching out underage images specifically or that he was involved in creating any images, he just had lots of everything. He was able to successfully argue in court that he had the materials for their historical and artistic value, and was able to plead to lower charge of having obscene material.

Pee Wee Herman left us a rich cultural legacy: An entire subgenre of masterbation jokes.

Angus Cloud (Fezco from Euphoria) died today at 25. Apparently he had been struggling since burying his father a week ago.

Loved Pee-wee’s playhouse and Pee-wee’s Big Adventure. Paul was a hilarious guy.

Had no idea that Phil Hartman helped him come up with the Pee Wee character and they wrote a lot of the material together.

Also cannot believe he was 70. Man, time flies.

Pee Wee on the dating game. As one of the commenters states, Pee Wee was the least cringe batchelor.

There is a discussion in another thread about how the theatrical release film is limited in its ability to relay a full native due to run time, amongst other factors.

This guy has several masterpieces under his belt that utilized every second of screentime. Brilliant.
