Ozil's obligatory "Damn he's one of the best in the world" game before he disappears for the next several months. Still not entirely sure what to make of Arsenal, their defense seems too terrible to challenge for the title, maybe even too poor for top four, but their attack might be only behind Man City with Liverpool being underwhelming in that department so far this year.

Tottenhams move to their new stadium has been delayed once again. All November and December games have to be played at Wembley, first possible game in the new stadium could be on January 12 against Man United.https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/new...ancial-update/ |

This is of course now the single most Spurs thing that has ever Spursed. Can't wait to see what Chelsea (and possibly Arsenal) will do to mock them next year.

Next year? They're dead last in their group with 1 point from 3 matches. They might not even make the Europa League.

They're even behind PSV Eindhoven on goal difference.

I was actually implying Chelsea (and Arsenal) will be in CL next year to mock Spurs (who won't) as being "the only place to watch CL in London"

The fact that he hasn't come out and said anything and no report I've seen said that anyone has seen him, doesn't make the outcome sound positive.
Who knows how many believed him in 2014, saying Leicister would be in Europe within 3 years. All new owners say that...and he goes and spends enough to get a Premier League crown.

incredibly sad stuff. Srivaddhanaprabha was easily one of the better foreign owners in the league and he helped shape the solid PL club you see today. Obviously the 2015-16 fairytale never happens without his work, money and vision. Just a sad day for Leicester, the league and football in general, really.
rumours of Claude Puel also being on the helicopter have proven to be false, thank god.

I am in Leicester at the moment. Was at the match last night. Tragic. The city is just sort of sleep walking.

I'm going to riot if they don't give him the assist in my fantasy league.

Martial is so good when given a chance and confidence. Mind-boggling that Mourinho would have happily flogged him for a ~30 year old if given the chance.
