Cuz Vey was the one who touched the puck and he was already on the ice. If it was the guy replacing Sbisa who touched the puck, then it would have been too many men.

I disagree.
You can't have six players on the ice, period. If that wasn't the case, you could just have a sixth man out on the ice, as long as he doesn't touch the puck.

They called it because a guy was jumping on the bench as a guy touched the puck, who they thought was the substitute for the guy jumping off the ice. It wasn't. They talked about it and made the right call.

not to mention to reverse a call you have to be CERTAIN it wasn't too many...at the very least it was boarderline
