I don't really see anything wrong with it, there was anything to do with bones, to my knowledge at least.

It's not like it said "Perfect location to paint the town red!".

Before people jump on Travis, he didn't list it, just searchable on his site.

It's listed by Tom Malin of Re/Max Landan Real Estate according to MLS.

Yes, please don't think Travis posted that. He is a friend of mine and I am no way accusing him of that, I simply use his website frequently. I changed the link.

Hey I live in eastern west Vancouver with all the amenities nearby for an aspiring young urban family, that is if you include crack whores and meth labs as community amenities.

At that price it wouldn't suprise me to see it sold pretty quick. Extremely cheap for that block.

I'm willing to bet someone will buy it for cheap, renovate it, throw on some new curtains/paint and rent it out as a student rental (like it was before). The scary part is after a while most of the students (likely from out of town) won't even know what happened in there

So, two rounds of psych assessments, one of them finds him fit to stand trial, a judge isn't sure if they have the grounds for a publication ban...this is going to be one heck of a trial, it seems.

Not sure why that is scary. A horrible thing happened there, but there is no reason to not have it renovated and rented to new students.

So it sounds like he was found fit to stand trial for 5 counts of 1st degree murder. Good.

I haven't seen any reports on possible motivations for the stabbings. That was the most troubling part. He seemed like an accomplished, intelligent person with stable family, etc. but something must have been going on. Ironically his undergrad was in behavioural psychology and was heading to law school.

I believe he had been seeking therapy prior to the incident.

It's been awhile but it's somewhere in this thread that his parents had been looking for him during the evening. I remember it sounded like they knew something was up.

This Tragedy makes me angry towards the Murderer.
My family member could have just as easily been at that party as it was their last year of University. I spent the whole morning frantically phoning to make sure that family member was not at that party - when that family member never came home after celebrating the end of the year.

Also my cousin knew 3 of the students that were killed very well.
