The US was playing that OT to catch Sweden off balance and Sweden played that right into their hands giving the puck away multiple times with high risk plays while the American defense was set. Still lame that 3 on 3 decides these games.

Sooooo what's the worst outcome. Losing to the US in the gold medal game, or Finland in the semi's?

Every team left can beat every team. We saw that in the Canada game earlier, especially when the pressure gets dialed up to 10. Slovakia will come out hell blazing but yes obvious big underdogs. Anything can happen in one off games, same with Canada vs Finland

Losing to the Americans will get all their child rape supporters pumping up the 51st State stupidity. I'd rather lose to the Marshall Islands.

If you want to be the best you have to beat the best. Glad the US won. Will be fun.

Not me. I think they're the favorite to win the whole thing now. Canada's defense corps is far inferior to US except for Makar/Toews.

And Crosby & MacKinnon injured...

Hellebuyck v Binnington in OT.

Advantage Canada if they’re tied in the 3rd with a few mins left. And if OT, one chokes more than the other.

USA has good defense, but their offense is sus when they have a lead. They don’t play to their best ability.

What a joke the Czech coach is whining about calls. You had six players on the ice for a goal big guy. You had Gudas and the Czech defense with many uncalled interference and roughing penalties. That blatant hit/interference on Crosby in the neutral zone? Shut the hell up.
