This is mind bottling.
The rear wing is checked every race and doesn't offer a huge advantage at this track. Williams is solid in 5th in the constructors, this penalty won't hurt them that much, but they have thrown away a reasonable chance of points.

Well. The final races are going to be fascinating to watch. Seems Piastri isn't happy that Lando finally punches back after letting Piastri land a few under team orders. Are they going to unravel or make for some amazing racing.
Thankfully only McLaren friendly tracks remain now.
