Agreed that this video was probably given to Fahrenthold after he did the serious legwork on the earlier revelations. This one was a freebie, but his reputation earned him that. He has become a conduit of hurt for HO.

A reporter at The Daily Beast said on her twitter that NBC had the tape but got scooped by WaPo while they were deliberating.

The election becoming a slight edge to the GOP. Seriously though, the Dems need to be careful to not push too hard too fast here. They want Trump there on November 8th. Pence is awful, but as we saw he can put it together and look acceptable to people.

Too late to take him off the ticket - early voting has started. I think the deadline to replace him was the end of August. He could just stop campaigning however and essentially concede the election.

Wikileaks released after the Trump story though, seems Wikileaks screwed up (assuming they were trying to time the release for maximum damage), or maybe people knew the Wikileaks leak was coming and this was timed to come out before.
Crazy stuff.
What happens to the debate?? Is this enough to make Trump skip it? Does Clinton refuse to shake Trump's hand? Refuse to appear at the debate with him??? (That'd be too far IMO). Everything goes like nothing's happened?

Yep, normally when news is released on a Friday afternoon, it's because someone wants it to be under-reported. In this case, it's the only thing that will be reported. I don't believe Trump has any public appearances scheduled until the debate on Sunday, so all that's left is for him to self-destruct on twitter or Fox News trying to somehow refute this. And then Clinton pounces on Sunday.
