Do the refs have to give them a pp to start every effing period. Another weak call against us

I think so, over exaggerating the hit.

Such a soft call on Backlund. Feels like a freebie for their push in the last minute plus the Stajan/Perry incident. If you wanted to call a penalty, just send Stajan to the box and be done with it.

That call on Backlund was weak sauce. Come on. Big kill coming up and then the Flames need desperate to get the shot tally up.

Weak call, but when it's a fire drill like that, the refs are on the lookput for a penalty. I don't think it was a makeup call. They just figured the flames were in trouble and someone might take a penalty.

quite a few borderline penalties in this game.

so very accurate. Kids wail on each other's thighs to give charlie horses all the time (or my group of friends thought it was fun to do so) and it hurts...a little...for a bit. Toughen up _ _ _ _ Perry

I think its just a normal collision. Nobody at fault.

Yep, same with Perry on Brodie last game. Apparently they're not calling it.

But a light hack on the hand.........that's a penalty.

Yeah, there's no other way to see that play if you have eyes. Staj saw him for sure. Good on him. **** Cory Perry.

Refs are definitely becoming a factor in this game. Granted the Flames have been doing an admirable job on the PK, but the Ducks will score eventually if they keep getting all these PPs.

Seriously though is Perry's knee being held together by gum?

Andersen cannot stop a top shelf shot so really hope the Flames pour on the pressure and take as many speculative shots as they can.

Backlund's slash looked stick on stick to me.

Regardless shouldn't be a penalty.
