Soooo the game has a trade in value of $40 and a used copy is $65. So that's a $95 game you bought.

I sold it for $45 and re-bought it for $59, so $85 game + all the boosts I purchased in the past. hahaha...

Ya I bought the boosts also so I'm up there too. I don't know how jobo and calgaryflame don't get frustrated without them. So annoying when we run into a fully boosted team with matching helmets.

Because the boost packs take away from your points if you've earned an "Veteran" card on.
At that point you own earned points are far more than any gold equipment can give you. If you're on the Superstar card, it's borderline ######ed to use the gold stuff. It'll restrict your points, and not let you make a player the way you want him to be.
At that point you've unlocked all and any 3 level equipment, gloves, helmet, stick, skates.... so you put the points on that, and use your attribute points any way you want.
I'm on the team now, so if anyone wants to be great.

Individual boosts, not boost packs. There is a very distinct difference.
