Just finished my last paper, which was due last Friday (  ). Going to hand it in at 8:00 sharp, then we have an 11 hour flight at ~2:00 tomorrow afternoon. Madness.

Somehow I managed to not procrastinate this semester and I finished my papers somewhat early. I've been up all night studying for my French final which is in four hours and my English final which is in eight hours, leaving two more for the following two days. Is it Friday yet?

You can tell the board membership here as a whole is getting older, this thread doesn't have near the traffic the past couple years that it used to. I remember the first 3 years or so I was a member here, it seemed like practically everyone on CP was in college. We're all growed up! ...I can't decide if that's good or bad.

Only 8 hour final I ever had was amazing. CPSC 550.
It was a disaster recovery situation to rebuild a network from scratch.
Pizza provided for lunch was a bonus as well.

Its neither good, nor bad, it just is what it is.
I certainly miss some aspects of being in University, and then theres tons that I dont miss one bit.
That, coupled with the fact that the team has been pretty dismal the last few years provides less incentive for young nerds to sign up and spend their lives on CP. Wait till they get jobs and then they'll be begging for a place to waste their employers' time.

Finished three exams. Now on the homestretch. Last 2 exams are 3 days apart. Fairly nice, considering how busy I was earlier this week.

In a group project right now with a 20 page deliverable tomorrow morning and and presentation based on it tomorrow afternoon.
I open up our group document after sending my portion in for collaboration and find out much of it is copy pasted straight off the internet and most of it is useless, written poorly, and doesn't even address the issue.
Besides having to make all the powerpoint slides for tomorrow, I have to rewrite the entire document, and then present most of it because nobody else did any work.

I just got confirmation of having completed my last graduate course about a week ago. Glad that's over for a while and I won't have to do any more of these papers. They weren't difficult to write anymore, but they just seemed like such an unnecessary hassle.
Feels nice.
May others speed on to the light at the end of the tunnel too!
