So I made this joke at the time, but apparently Draisaitl WAS rushed back to play the Flames, as Knoblauch is quoted as admitting he came back earlier than he would've liked (so who's making that call? Not the coach? wtf), and it has culminated in him re-injuring himself in the most recent game.
The player management on that team is.... let's just call it Oileresque.
