Last year he had the same type of year as his final jays season.
This year, he's batting .173 with a .634 ops, however, he is usually horrible in April.

Are you ####ing kidding me?? That's bull####. He was safe. 1st baseman pulled his foot off the bag (albeit barely) to stretch for the catch, then didn't get his foot back down in time.

I’d like to say mlb replay is the worst but really it’s equslly as bad as every other sport. What makes it worse is there’s less subjective calls like goalie interference or did the receiver make the catch.

Everybody on the planet, using common sense would know that his foot came off the base there, but "not enough evidence to over turn the call".
