Bills have rallied from what appeared to be a desperation move in firing Roman with three straight wins. If Rex can figure out that defense they can make a run at a wildcard spot.

Yeah, they've managed to make that trade actually look good. Hopefully he can stay healthy

Hard to believe the offense looks so good with a 4th round pick running the show. Their best receiver out as well. But man that O-line is so good. First place feels good!

Ravens fire former Alouette HC Mark Trestman as OC.

Former Lion HC Marty Mornhinweg takes over.

Wonder if Trestman would consider coming back and fixing the Als. He has now failed as HC and OC in his return to the NFL.

His use of the running game is a major reason why he's unemployed this morning. Had to be some very pissed off and frustrated offense players in that locker room after yesterdays diaster.

Looks like Oakland has the AFC West in the bag. Looks like they finally harvested some talent and moulded it into a team. I enjoyed their 14 years of suck, but I think they'll be pretty good for a few years moving forward.

Would be something if Oakland and Buffalo both get in this year. It's still early but I think the top 4 AFC spots are claimed with NE, Pit, Oak, Den. One of Houston or Indy will default in the South. Leaving Buffalo, Baltimore, and Cincinnati to claim the last spot.

In the NFC I think the East is pretty fascinating still somewhat open. Minnesota and Green Bay will both make the playoffs. Seattle makes it easy if they can keep Russell Wilson healthy. Atlanta still needs to last an entire season. Carolina pretty much need a win tonight.
Arizona stayed alive winning on Thursday but they are on life support.

In the bag? Oakland has looked good, but that defence has not been good. All of there wins have required late game heroics and comebacks. In fact 2 of the last 3 wins were by 1 point or something? Denver is also 4-1, with the much better defence. Let's wait until a few of the divisional games before we call a div in the bag

Tom Brady had a monster game in his first game back. Is Brady really that good or Belischek system is that awesome or a combination of both? Patriots played a couple of rookie QB the first 4 games and it doesn't look like they missed a beat.

Its both Oz...Brady is a great QB, maybe the best, and playing in a system like BBs just creates the perfect atmosphere for success.

Brady is probably the best QB of all time at this point, and I am no Patriots fan.

Kicker picked in the 2nd round of the draft shouldn't be missing kicks like that, brutal

Tampa is so bad..... terrible. Not just in execution but in play calling along with thinking the game and managing situations.

Thing is...... Carolina was worse on this night.

Hard to watch this stuff.

That was a pretty awful game in almost every respect, coaching especially.

Panthers 1-4, after a 14-0 start last year. Amazing what a difference 1 year can make

Kaepernick announced as starter this week.

The reworked contract is rumoured to be waiting for him to sign. He reads all contracts himself before he signs. He was out of town (like all team members) after the Thursday night game.

Edit: Kaep is in the building, but players only arrived back at practice today.
