Powerplay Quarterback

I'm sure it's already been said, and I don't want to sift through the pages. But thank God I don't need to hear about Lack's dad for 2 games.

He's been getting the puck to the net and nearly scored on Lack from an impossible angle - re post.

That can be said pretty much for any Canuck! especially Burrows and the Sedin sisters.

Lay off Monahan. I don't think he's injured.
They are playing him tight, so he's playing really uptight. He'll loosen up at some point and we'll see ol 31-31-62 man all over again. I am sure of this.

Crash and Bang Winger

Just so everyone knows. Im down in Georgia watching on NBC and we have craptastic Jim Hughson as well. Everything the Flames do is average and everything the Canucks do is awesome. Bieksa coughs up the puck at the blue line for a two on one, melodramatically skates back to recover and slides into the post - almost scoring on him self and they critique it with "What a shift for Bieksa!" on the replay.... wow.

Scoring Winger

hughson/simpson are obvious Canucks homers, but I do get the sense that the intermission panels have a slight Flames bias (perhaps pushed over by Hrudey). Doesn't balance things, but makes it slightly more bearable.

It does but I think Dorsett dropped one glove or the refs completely ignored it and of course we get no powerplays still .

This exactly. He's got a great shot, and he needs to use it more.

He's shying away from contact. There was a few plays in the first where he clearly turned away instead of engaging how he normally would. Watch how he's playing without the puck. He's hurt.

What!? What Ferland did was totally the right thing! Dorsett had his chance in game 1, probably should have taken it in hindsight..
