I actually prefer the "chant-ish" element that Righteous Smoke has near the end there, but you guys are making me nervous to vote for it (I, too, wouldn't be a big fan of the FOB song). Agh!

I would say that normally that would weed out the "fair-weather" fans and such, but this year I bet a lot of regular fans may not be able to name 5 Flames, at least not easily.

...If Righteous Smoke is in fact Ottawa's new goal song (sounds like it might be), that makes me lean toward Rage. Nonetheless, not too excited about any of these to be honest.

Voted for Righteous Smoke because to me it's the best. All the others suck, though RATM sucks slightly less.

I think this is a case where the collective taste of CP does not align with the general fanbase. I haven't talked to a single person who likes any of the songs.

They should have gone with an EDM track to represent the youth movement. All of these geezer rock songs remind me of the Sutter era.

Not a really a fan of any of them.

I do generally like RATM, but I don't think Sleep now in the Fire is a very good goal song. Too screechy.

I think it would become a bit grating over the course of a season.

I get the FOB hate (because you hear it all the time) but RATM are huge d-bags themselves so not really keen on either band. The Righteous Smoke song might be the best but since it is the Sens song don't really want to go with that and the last song is just awful and doesn't fit at all.

At first i was a lot more stoked about Rage, but after listening to it a couple of times its not really a goal song. I agree with others that none of the 4 are goal songs, especially The Dudes song.
