How about we hit some in when they're on base?

All you can do is laugh.
Can't drive in any runs, then a guy with a bummed wrist hits a walk off HR.

so damn frustrating. They've lost a whole bunch of one run ball games. Argh.

I thought the series against the Yanks was the low point of the season but this one takes the cake.

Well the offence sucked again tonight, but Jesse Litsch did a nice job going 7 innings allowing zero runs against the team he used to be bat boy for. Between Litsch, McGowan, and Marcum the Jays have gotten some really solid middle of the rotation pitching of late.

The pitching from McGowan, Marcum, and Litsch has been a really pleasant surprise. The Jays are in a unique situation of having a BIT of a surplus at starting pitching with their current group, and Burnett and Chacin on the shelf. It would have been kind of nice to see Josh Towers get moved but he (justifiably so) brought on very little interest from other teams.

Looks like for our trip to TO this weekend we'll get to see McGowan on Sunday and then likely Litsch against the NYY on Monday.

yeah, that one never made sense to me. A 37 year old guy who can't hit is the answer to our infield woes? Nope.

Short Stop Ray Olmedo is the guy being called up. Any insight on him?

Luna looks to be a super-utility type guy, who has played every position in the majors minus Catcher/1B (and a monkey can play 1B, so I'm sure he could).
However, after a couple years at the majors putting up decent numbers for a guy who can do that, he was pretty awful at AAA this year.
