I literally get chills watching the crowd rising to their feet on that Smith glove save at the beginning of the second period on the PK. What a great show of support.

I just want to point out you can see the difference between puck playing goalie like Smith vs stay in the net goalie like groobs. Their d men are getting pasted behind the net and our guys are half way out their zone untouched.

I'm not a Cassie Campbell fan, but her analysis on the review was 100% the correct approach.
In today's NHL we have no idea if the goal is good or not, her job is to try and demonstrate both sides.
What happens if her analysis is "no way they call that back, that is the definition of the goal, Tkuchuk was pushed in, etc" then the NHL says "meh no goal".
Every review has to be "it could go either way" because, well... it could.

Elliott Friedman and Hrudey, obviously into the Flames they understand the team and intricacies.... they really expose Kypreos on this panel for his lack of knowledge or seemingly give a crap about Calgary.
