Spurs looked great for that half and frankly that was a great strike to level it. The ref is questionable at best. I have no idea how some of the calls are just being left, and before the goal how there was no booking is beyond me.

Regardless, Chelsea isn't that great. I watched them last week against Middlesbrough and while they kept a clean sheet it wasn't without threats. Now today that first half didn't inspire confidence against a Spurs side missing Lamela and Alderweireld. I'm not saying that Spurs will win for sure, but it's not exactly a foregone conclusion that Chelsea wins this thing either.

I wouldnt say that. I think when Chelsea are clicking and prepared and lined up properly they can go toe to toe with anyone in the Premier League, but when they're not they're mid-table fodder.

I was getting the impression that Spurs were running out of steam.

As for the reffing .... It's Michael Oliver. Rarely going to get a big decision from him.

Chelsea have taken over since that goal though. Spurs can't get the ball right now.

Well that was a disappointing outcome. One lapse (glaring) on defence and it cost them the game. Probably fair and all evens out as they didn't deserve a win last week and pulled it out of the fire.

Yeah that was a mess. Amazingly, I think Lloris had that if it didn't hit Vertongen. I just think Lloris is incredible. Couple sketchy passes today, but even so, he's amazing.

Dominate all game, miss quality chance after quality chance, Mourinho sent to the stands and points dropped yet again. Typical day in the office.

This is more frustrating than the Moyes/van Gaal ####shows because this team is actually playing decent football. They should be in the top 4 right now, but constantly shoot themselves in the foot. Depressing stuff.

Another United home domination, another two points dropped. Still early in the year but these eight points dropped will obviously hurt if they miss Champions League.

yeah but you see, it wasn't his fault today. He was simply practising for his career as an NFL kicker. No idea why Jonathan Moss didn't understand that.

I'm glad they're dealing with water-bottle related violence rather harshly.

They were speculating that it might have been something he said to the 4th official? Otherwise I have no idea why he would be tossed.

Must suck to draw at home to a team that is maybe a top tier championship squad though.

A Top Tier Championship squad with the odd miracle from Payet.

Who surely has to be looking at the exit in January or next summer? No question the goal he scored last month was incredible, but he's too good for them.

Wonderful. Jose charged. Probably miss another game.

All because Pogba dove out of the way of a dangerous tackle, and the ref books the wrong player.

Ugh...looks like Coutinho is out 6 weeks. The Christmas madness where we really need him the most.

Balls.

Disagree, I thought the ref made the right decision. Jose overreacted.

Not that I think the touchline ban matters though. Don't think that's punishment at all.
