Agreed, I didn't really get why they went away from Weeden anyway. Neither are the answer, but Weeden's the better option IMO

agreed, they would be far better off with neck beard Orton as well.. Cassel needs to retire. Also nice to see the refs bring out their A game and try to give Seattle a free TD at the end of the game... nice job

Did the Seahawks actually make a 4th quarter comeback? I was expecting them to blow it again.

Man this is fun so far. Pedal to the floor Broncos! Don't forget who is the QB on the other side.

I've seen far too much or Aaron Rodgers to think the Broncos are safe with any score. They need to keep Rodgers off the field any chance he gives them.

I understand what you're saying but the truth is the Pack just aren't a dynamic offense this season compared to the past. Their defense has been as responsible for the record as anything.
I don't know if its the loss of Nelson or the new set up of play calling with Tom Clements or some combination of both, GB just isn't a real explosive club at this point.
Rodgers is still the man but he cant do it by himself and nothing has really got traction this season...at least so far.

Broncos defense is special. Every level of the defense has elite players.

Are the 3 best teams in football in the Afc?
New England, Cincy and Denver...arguably.

the vaunted Dom Capers defense is getting exposed yet again, they just arent that good, Rivers torched them for 500 yards, they were just lucky to win that one... Rodgers cant be gold every night and sometimes the d has to stand up...

AFC is really top heavy. You could make a strong argument the Raiders are the 4th best team in the conference, and while they're improved they aren't that good and would lose badly to New England. New England's on their own, and Denver is probably the only team that can beat them with the defense. Can't trust the Bengals yet.

Patriots - Broncos is going to be a doozy at the end of the month. Brady vs that secondary will be an awesome battle

Aaron has zero answer for that defense...none. Looks rattled which I have never seen before.
Kudos to Kubiak and Phillips....that is a nasty group to play against.

Pretty much as perfect of a game the Broncos could see. Great response out of the bye to have the running game continue on the momentum of their previous game. Put up 29 points (finally some redzone finish!) without Manning throwing a TD.
If the running game does it part, the Broncos are going to be alright.

That Broncos D was on tonight. As their offensive line starts to get it together they'll get better. I just dont see any position group on the Denver D that can be exploited. So it will be fun to see what Bellichick has in store. If the Broncos line continues to improve I think the Patriots secondary is a matchup the Broncos could do something against.
I expect Carolina will geto 7-0 too tommorrow night. They have a chance to claim NFC home field now.

How did Denver nearly lose to Cleveland?
They really need home field to beat NE in the playoffs I think. That defence proved it was special last night.
