His vengeance tour announces another s###show.

The "Pardons" that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime. Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level. The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!

I would imagine nothing at all will happen to his pardons, as an authoritarian government generally doesn't let the other side get back into power.

Remember a couple months ago when the naivest of posters here railed on and on about Biden pardoning his family, and how he had no reason to, because there was no chance Trump would bother going after them? Ya, stuff like this is why he had to do at least that.

Presumably this is another thing he doesn't have the ability to decide legally. I assume they would have to go through the courts to nullify them, if that were even a thing. So what will happen is these people will end up in court with their Joe pardon, and then that court has to rule if they are immune or not? Which means it'll come down to if Republican judges want to overrule the sitting dictator or ignore the constitution. I suspect they go with the later.

He doesn't listen to judges. The rule of law isn't a thing in Trumpistan.

The Trump administration says it ignored a Saturday court order to turn around two planeloads of alleged Venezuelan gang members because the flights were over international waters and therefore the ruling didn't apply, two senior officials tell Axios.

Why it matters: The administration's decision to defy a federal judge's order is exceedingly rare and highly controversial.

"Court order defied. First of many as I've been warning and start of true constitutional crisis," national security attorney Mark S. Zaid, a Trump critic, wrote on X, adding that Trump could ultimately get impeached.

The White House welcomes that fight. "This is headed to the Supreme Court. And we're going to win," a senior White House official told Axios.

A second administration official said Trump was not defying the judge whose ruling came too late for the planes to change course: "Very important that people understand we are not actively defying court orders."

State of play: Trump's advisers contend U.S. District Judge James Boasberg overstepped his authority by issuing an order that blocked the president from deporting about 250 alleged Tren de Aragua gang members under the Alien Enemies Act of 1789.
Don't know who the author thinks is going to impeach him. The GOP are lickspittles, the Democrats are spineless and pathetic.

Even the Christian Barbie he put on the Supreme Court is probably afraid now.

North Dakota and it's 800,000 people (and 2 senators, same number as California) voted 67% for Trump. Mostly farmers. Mostly now f-ed.

What a shame.

Read NPR while you still can...

Quote:
Half of all the soybeans grown in the region are sold to China, and almost all of the fertilizer is brought in from Canada, which is also imposing tariffs in response to President Trump's.

For more than two decades now, American farmers have operated under global trade agreements, courtesy of carefully negotiated business relationships brokered over time, according to Greg Lardy, vice president for agricultural affairs at North Dakota State University in Fargo. That means there's no longer the processing capacity in the U.S. for all the crops that are grown here.

"And that's not a change that's going to happen in a matter of months; that takes years," Lardy says.

The big deal is that many farmers in the country are still recovering from a trade war with China in 2018 that left grain in the bins and sent prices tumbling. The first Trump administration paid out billions in farm subsidies to keep farmers afloat back then.

This spring, Justin Sherlock says he's in the red going into planting season — and worried he might not even get financing to farm.

"You can't take that to the banker and say, well, our political leadership must have a plan, so give me a loan," Sherlock says, chuckling somewhat sardonically.

I doubt we see organized militants against the fascist government. Instead it’ll be a decade of domestic terrorism. Both suck as options.

I’m still amazed that reality hasn’t set in for 100% of North Americans yet. Especially ones who read about this.

This is some extremely uncharted waters. If the Supreme Court doesn’t shut this down, wipe your posting history. Jesus.

It's too late. If you're posting on sites like Twitter, Threads, Bluesky.. heck, probably even here, the NSA has a record of it.

Imagine that in TYOOL 2025 in Canada people should be afraid of criticizing government and government officials.

I'm starting to understand more the Ukrainian spirit in opposing their big neighbor's culture and influence even against all odds and certain death.

#### the tyrants.

This is why there's no going back. There' no 'let's just survive the Trump era'. American democracy is dead. Any Canadian leaders still talking about a close relationship with the US in the future are a threat to Canada's security, economy, and sovereignty.

Jan 6th showed just how weak security is at the capitol. A well organized militia could easily take out the power players.

If they actually hung Mike Pence would that have stopped Trump 2.0?

Mike and his fly should have taken one for the world.
