I don't believe Nav Canada uses 737's. They have a CRJ-200 (replaced the Challenger) and Dash 8 that I know of.

There's an older white 737 that I've seen a few times but I remember when I looked up the registration number it was a cargo plane.

The white 737's parked at the south end of the field belong to Enerjet; they have three of'em. There's also a clapped-out 737 (which I think may have once belonged to Canadian Airlines) that taxis out of the north end by the terminal every once in a while, which is operated by Nolinor (it can be recognized for its thinner, low-bypass engines). I believe it's solely cargo.

I'm in Coeur d'Alene on vacation and both the B-17 and the B-25 were here this past weekend.

Got to see them fly over multiple times a day and went to the airport yesterday to see them up close and personal - absolutely beautiful planes.

I had the Royal Air Force A330 land right over me today as I was on Country Hills Blvd.

Sweet looking piece of machinery.

Correction on the B-17 arrival, the airport authority says it will arrive on Thursday at 11am. I had incorrectly stated a Friday arrival.

I'll keep the thread updated with any changes.

Still expecting the B-17 to arrive today around 11am. Current weather forecast shows a very good chance that they will use runway 34 for arrival, however the winds still leave open the possibility of 28 or 25.

She flew over my house around 11:10. Man, that's a beautiful plane!

Beautiful indeed! Did a nice low approach over runway 34 before circling back to land. I'm hoping to have my photos edited and uploaded tonight.

Awesome shots! I've always had a huge crush on the Flying Fortress; it's remarkable to see it all spiffed-up and looking brand new. Think about how many crews were limped back to safety across the English channel in that thing with pieces hanging off and wrecked engines.

I'd love to see it do its fly-over. Obviously it came in today (was hoping to catch that, too...oh well), but is there not still a 20-minute flight planned for tomorrow around 11am, as per the website?

You are correct, there is that flight planned tomorrow, plus when it departs on Monday.
